Deep Mantle Forge Complex is a Super Earth structure on Claorell. It was built to aid the construction of the DSS.
Lore
Construction
During the construction of the Democracy Space Station, High Command detected that the Automatons were drilling deep into the planet's mantle, giving them the ability to produce stronger alloys. Seeing this opportunity Helldivers were ordered to conquer the planet and convert the Automaton structure into a Deep Mantle Forge Complex.
Production
The Deep Mantle Forge Complex produces chrome-cobalt-nickel alloys, that could withstand the acceleration forces when entering warp speed.
Original Purpose
Intelligence discovered that they were producing a lightweight alloy useful in armor plating, however the details of the original purpose are unknown, but later events suggest, that it was supposed to aid the Automaton Jet Brigade.
