Front-Leaning Rest Position is an emote in Helldivers 2.
Acquisition
This cosmetic animation can be claimed from page three of the Python Commandos Premium Warbond for 
20 Medals.
Action
The Helldiver gets down onto the ground and starts doing push-up motions.
If Helldivers are equipped with Peak Physique or Rock Solid armor, an alternate version of the emote plays, where Helldivers will do push-ups with just one hand instead of two, placing the other hand behind their back.
