Hellmire is a Scorched Moor Planet in Helldivers 2, located within the Mirin Sector. It is currently under Super Earth Icon.svg Super Earth Federation control.

Civilian Biomass Collection Teams were deployed to Fori Prime, Estanu, Crimsica and Hellmire to gather and process inert Terminids. Helldivers were ordered to hold the planets and protect the teams as they worked.

Hellmire, along with Estanu and Crimsica, were chosen as the foundations for newer and safer E-710 farms and were targeted for liberation. Helldivers successfully liberated these planets, allowing for Super Earth laborers to begin work on Terminid Enrichment and Extraction Centers.

The planet, alongside Nivel 43, Estanu, Crimsica and Fori Prime, would later become testing grounds for the Hive Breaker Drill in a bid to reduce Terminid populations. Their success led to their standard use on the front.

Hellmire would later become one of the many planets that fell under the Gloom. Access to the planet would become impossible, forcing a full SE withdrawal with no immediate plans of reclaiming it.

Following technological advancements, all Super Destroyers were equipped with anti-Gloom coatings, allowing Helldivers to make even further advancements into the Gloom. Hellmire was selected as a forward outpost, was recolonized and Outpost Alpha was established. This allowed deeper access into the Gloom, and any following expeditions onto Hive Worlds relied on its survival. Further reinforcement of its underground infrastructure would continue due to frequent Terminid attacks.
