The Jet Brigade Hulk refers to all Hulks modified by the Jet Brigade in Helldivers 2.
Spawning
All Hulks are replaced with their Jet Brigade variant on planets occupied by the Jet Brigade. This includes the Hulk Scorcher and Hulk Bruiser but not the Hulk Obliterator.
Behavior
Jet Brigade Hulks are essentially unchanged from their normal counterparts, but are equipped with a large jump-pack that covers their rear vent. The jetpack is covered in Medium armor.
In combat, they can use the jump-pack to leap great distances, moving much faster than their size suggests.
When Jet Brigade Hulks land, they suffer a brief stagger effect. This can buy some time to reposition or quickly eliminate them.

* Parts with their HP listed as "Main" do not have their own individual health. All damage dealt to these parts is transferred to the enemy's Main health pool.
** Refer to armor values and enemy durability as defined in Damage.
*** The percentage of damage that is applied to the enemy's Main health pool. At 0 HP, the enemy dies. Unless the enemy has constitution, then it will bleedout and die.
**** ExDR means explosive damage resistance, this is a percentage between 0 and 100. If this value is 100%, the part is explosive immune, meaning explosives cannot damage it.
Explosions will only directly damage Main health if it is internal.
Tactical Information
- Destroying the jump-pack will instantly kill the hulk instead of causing it to bleed out, as well as exploding and damaging nearby enemies. It may be preferable to target this jump-pack to turn the Hulk into an improvised explosive against other Automatons.
- As the jetpack is not immune to explosion damage, multiple sources of damage that would otherwise struggle to kill a Hulk from the front can successfully destroy the jetpack from the front due to their large explosion radius. The shots to kill from the front, obtained through experimental testing, are listed below.
- 4 shots from an Exploding Crossbow.
- 4 shots from a charged Purifier shot.
- 5 shots from an R-36 Eruptor, though it is faster to kill a Hulk by aiming for its eye.
- 3 shots from a Grenade Launcher.
- 3 shots from a Grenade Pistol.
- 2 (non-artillery) shots from a StA-X3 W.A.S.P. Launcher.
- 2 G-16 Impact grenades.
- 8 shots from a Plasma Punisher.
- 1 shot from a RL-77 Airburst Rocket Launcher (the bomblets will spread out behind the Hulk and damage it).
- The upper vents of the Hulk's jetpack also stick out atop the front profile of the Hulk and can be targeted with any weapon of Armor Penetration
Medium or above to these spots, though targeting them may prove tricky, particularly when shooting from a lower elevation.
