Maximum Security City Construction Site was a Point of Interest on Emeria, Fort Union, and Fort Sanctuary.
Lore
Maximum Security City (MSC) Construction Sites were established after Major Order A2-7-5, dedicated to the construction of the Maximum Security Cities. These construction sites are the locations on which new MSCs are built to serve the citizens of Super Earth.
Equipped with high-definition facial recognition cameras pre-installed in every block and building, increased foot and drone patrols, and dedicated surveillance satellites, Maximum Security Cities are built to be impregnable to dissidents and thoughtcriminals alike.
Notes
- All three of the first wave of Maximum Security City Construction Sites were named “New Hope Construction Site” by developers. This however was an error as only one Maximum Security City is named “New Hope City”
