Morgunson

Morgunson is a Mega-Corporation based on Super Earth. They are the primary weapon supplier for the Ministry of Defense. They are responsible for producing weapons such as the SG-225 Breaker and vehicles such the EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit.
Lore
Morgunson Arsenal was slated to employ its new exosuit technology within the Helldiver Corps as of 07 February 2184. However, before the Exosuits could be deployed for Helldiver use, the Automatons captured the planet on 07 March that year. Whilst the Automatons did not immediately discover the arsenal, a Major Order was sent out by Super Earth High Command to immediately recapture the planet before they did. Failure to do so would mean that the Automatons would steal the Exosuit technology for themselves, and deployment of the new EXO-45 Patriot Exosuits by the Super Earth Armed Forces would be severely delayed.
However, thanks to the swift liberation of Tien Kwan by the Helldivers on 08 March, that outcome never came to pass. Instead the stockpile of freshly-produced Exosuits, were recovered intact, with the EXO-45 Patriot becoming available for immediate requisition.

The name "Morgunson" is a play on the words "more gun, son", a reference to one of the Engineer's voice lines in Team Fortress 2[1].
