Operation Modifiers

Operation Modifiers are non-specific type of effect that can randomly be applied to missions at any time, and can effect gameplay across all planets and missions.
Only planets that are under a liberation campaign will be subject to Operation modifiers, whereas planets under defense campaigns are completely absent of any Operation Modifiers.

This is a catalogue of all effects that can be dynamically applied to a mission.

Roving Shriekers | Flying Shrieker swarms traverse the battlefield. |
