Tactical Information
- Being semi-automatic and having a high fire rate, the weapon will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger.
- It deals decent damage, able to kill most small units with a headshot.
- The Peacemaker can be used against smaller groups of enemies, saving primary ammo for larger engagements.
- The One Handed trait means that the Peacemaker can be used while holding items like the SSSD Hard Drive or while using the Ballistic Shield, and it will be automatically equipped in these cases if no other weapons with One Handed are equipped.
- With the Laser Aim Module the weapon can be more easily aimed in first-person from behind a Ballistic Shield than other secondaries.
- Racking the slide is faster than P-19 Redeemer's charging handle, resulting in a shorter reload time from an empty magazine (1.8s vs 2.1s). Swapping the mag alone is about equal in time (1.4 seconds).
- P-2 Peacemaker also aims a bit faster than Redeemer, resulting in the in-game reticle following aim more closely.
- The P-2 Peacemaker has an attached flashlight and laser pointer. The flashlight can be set to Auto - turning on while aiming at night - or set to always be on or always off. The laser pointer is a green beam that makes aiming more reliable as well as displaying to other teammates where you are aiming your pistol.
