RE-1861 Parade Commander is a set of light armor in Helldivers 2.
Acquisition
Both the body armor and helmet can be claimed from page two of the Masters of Ceremony Premium Warbond for 
55 and 45 Medals, respectively.
Passive Ability
Reinforced Epaulettes Increases reload speed of primary weapons by 30%. Gives wearer a 50% chance to avoid grievous limb injury. Increases melee damage by 50%.
