Description
Reinforced Epaulettes Increases reload speed of primary weapons by 30%.
Gives wearer a 50% chance to avoid grievous limb injury.
Increases melee damage by 50%.
Explanation
1.
You reload primaries 30% faster, even tactically.
To calculate your weapon's new reload time, visit its page, locate the value in seconds under Weapon Statistics, and divide it by 1.3
Reload Time ÷ 1.3 Tactical Reload ÷ 1.3

If the effect triggers, hits that would ordinarily break a limb still deal full damage to your health, but the limb remains at 1 HP instead of breaking.

Your CQC becomes 50% more deadly—whether it's butt-strokes, pistol-whips, swings, or kicks.
