Sabotage Orgo-Plasma Synthesis
“The Automatons are synthesizing some kind of nutrient-dense plasma from organic material. Undeniable intel shows 100% of this organic material came from loyal citizens with high potential and excellent facial symmetry. The purpose of this plasma is yet unknown, but its production is extremely costly.
Disrupt the plasma production and secure samples of the liquid for further analysis.— Mission Briefing
Sabotage Orgo-Plasma Synthesis is an Automaton Mission in Helldivers 2. Helldivers are tasked with destroying various Bio-Processors, and extracting a sample of the nutrient-dense plasma.
Objective Steps
Destroy Bio-Processors
“The bio-processors here are the first step in synthesis of organic plasma. They must be destroyed.
— Objective overview
- Destroy the bio-processors (up to 5 per objective)
- The Helldivers must destroy the specified number of bio-processors in order to complete the objective.
Extract Organic Plasma
“Organic plasma is synthesized in these vats. Siphon it for scientific analysis.
— Objective overview
- Activate terminal
- Turn all valves indicated by the terminal
- The Helldivers must turn the valve next to the pipe leading to the vats of organic plasma.
- The switch on the terminal can now be flipped up.
- (A) Fuel transport shuttle incoming
- A Pelican with cargo space for fluid and a retractable hose will soon arrive. This will take roughly 30 seconds (give or take a few seconds depending on flight anomalies).
- Once the Pelican is in position, it will lower the hose directly into the transfer pump.
- Lock the hose into the transfer pump
- The Helldivers must go to the transfer pump and pull the lever, closing the clamp on the transfer pump and securing the hose.
- Transfer in progress
- The transfer will take 15 seconds.
- Release the hose
- The Helldivers must now pull the lever again, releasing the clamp on the transfer pump and allowing the hose to safely retract back into the pelican.
- This process will now repeat one more time, restarting on step (A)
- Reward:
500 Requisition Slips and
100 Experience
Tactical Information
- As the Bio-Processors are completely unarmored, they are vulnerable to all Helldiver weaponry, including basic small arms fire.
- Confrontation with the Automaton Outpost can be easily avoided if a Helldiver is able to throw a high-damaging Stratagem near the Bio-Processors, such as an Eagle 500kg Bomb.
- Similarly to other Optional Objectives that require Helldivers to destroy a structure, a Hellbomb stratagem is provided to Helldivers when in close proximity to the Bio-Processors.
- While this method allows Helldivers to destroy the Bio-Processors without using any of their own munitions or Stratagems, it takes substantially longer to call in and arm the Hellbomb than if a Helldiver were to use other means of destruction.
- A Hellpod has enough Demolition Force to destroy a Bio-Processors, which is easy to achieve by throwing a Stratagem Ball (of something that comes in a Hellpod) in the gap between the two parts of a Bio-Processors, such as the provided Hellbomb Stratagem.
- Bio-Processors can also be destroyed with a single shot from the GP-20 Ultimatum or a TED-63 Dynamite throwable.

Trivia
- The "Extract Organic Plasma" objective is an altered version of various Terminid missions, in which Helldivers are tasked with defending and operating a fluid station to load a Pelican Shuttle with the mission-specific fluid.
- Fluid Extraction missions include Enable E-710 Extraction, Extract E-711 and Collect Gloom-Infused Oil.
- Sabotage Orgo-Plasma Synthesis is the first Automaton mission that involves the extraction of a fluid from the mission map.
- Despite plasma being a light-amber fluid, the fluid spilled on the ground and out of the pipes are colored red, suggesting that there is still red blood cells mixed in it.
