Sten Sector
The Sten Sector is a solar system found in Helldivers 2. It consists of 5 planets and is one of the several sectors that make up the Terminid Front.

The Sten Sector was a sector located in the eastern part of the known galaxy, and was overrun by the Terminids ever since the start of the game. The entire sector was quarantined by Super Earth High Command, and any attempts to retake them are prohibited.
As the time went on, the Second Galactic War was declared, and eventually The Gloom began emerging in the Galaxy. Despite not originating from the sector, the interstellar spore cloud expanded till it consumed one of the sector's planets, Azur Secundus. Shortly after, Supply Lines were established, allowing for Helldivers to begin liberating the sector.
Timeline
- August 27th, 2024 - The Gloom stops expanding, and a large section of the galaxy is obscured to Super Earth intelligence. Azur Secundus is one of the planets consumed by the interstellar spore cloud, preventing Helldivers from seeing it on the Galactic Map.
- September 2nd 2024 - Supply Lines were established, connecting the Jin Xi Sector to the Sten Sector. Although it allowed to liberate the sector, Terminid outbreaks to neighbor sectors are also possible.
