Center for the Confinement of Dissidence
The Center for the Confinement of Dissidence (abbreviated CECOD), is a mega-city sized containment facility where a total of 15 million dissidents can be held, rehabilitated and re-educated.
- November 27th, 2185 - High Command declared the War on Dissidence, and began scouring all Super Earth territories for Dissidents in order to root out domestic terrorism. While SEAF were deployed in order to maintain order, Helldivers were tasked with defending all fronts and liberate Afoyay Bay in order to construct the Center for the Confinement of Dissidence.
- December 3rd, 2185 - The Helldivers successfully liberated Afoyay Bay from the Illuminate, enabling the construction of the COCED. Due to the sudden need to construct the massive containment facility, raw materials originally meant for the reconstruction of York Supreme (renamed to New York Supreme) were diverted to Afoyay Bay in order to accelerate its construction.
Pandora Base
Pandora Base is a top-secret foundry under construction, commissioned by the Ministry of Expansion under "Operation Free Space" to improve the Democracy Space Station's weapon capabilities. It will be constructed by the dissidents detained at the Center for the Confinement of Dissidence, also located on Afoyay Bay.
- December 11th, 2185 - Plans for Pandora Base were announced to the Helldivers. High Command ordered the Helldivers to hold Afoyay Bay to allow for the uninterrupted construction of the top-secret foundry.
- December 18th, 2185 - Construction of Pandora base began as the first step in Operation Free Space. The first upgrade to the Democracy Space Station was declassified, named the Star of Peace.
