Crimsica is a Ionic Crimson Planet in Helldivers 2, located within the Draco Sector. It is currently under 
Super Earth Federation control.
Lore
Civilian Biomass Collection Major Order
Crimsica was one of the planets ordered to be in Super Earth control for the Civilian Biomass Collection Major Order. Estanu changed hands three times during the Major Order, even instantly flipping to Terminid control following a sudden surge of Terminid Storm clouds. The Helldivers successfully liberated the planet twice.
Safe E-710 Farm Construction
Crimsica was lost to the Terminids again during Swift Disassembly Phase 3. Following the first Automaton Defeat, Crimsica was selected as one of three planets upon which new, safer, and more efficient E-710 farms would be constructed upon. It was swiftly cleared, and the operation was considered a success.
However, the planet was attacked again during The Reclamation just four days later, and ended up back in the hands of the Terminids. It was liberated on 2184-04-15, only to be overrun again following the TCS failure, which caused the Supercolony on Meridia to invade Crimsica.
Hive Break Terminid Nurseries
Crimsica would once again be the site of a Major Order following the Supercolony's destruction. The Helldivers were tasked with liberating Crimsica and five other planets, aided by the new Hive Breaker Drill to destroy the subterranean Terminid Nurseries on the planet. The Helldivers liberated Crimsica once more, but it was promptly lost to the Terminids again on 2184-06-30, following a failed defense campaign.
Gloom Sample Gathering
Crimsica was one of three planets the Helldivers were tasked to gather Rare Samples on in order to research the Gloom. The Helldivers made steady progress to reach the 10,000,000 Rare Samples target, many actually enjoying the change of pace.
This progress was soon derailed by certain individuals sending in billions of counterfeit samples to Super Earth High Command, prematurely ending the Major Order on a sour note.
Any research that could have been done was delayed as Super Earth Laboratories had to sift through the massive influx of counterfeit samples. Notably, those who sent the fake samples had their pet fish executed, and sentenced to repay their debt to Managed Democracy with strenuous labor in Chemical Weapon facilities.
Crimsica would finally be liberated on 2184-08-22, during the Eradicate Terminids to Slow the Gloom Major Order.
Establish Quarantine For Terminid Research Preserve
Of course, Crimsica would not be done yet with the Second Galactic War, as High Command selected as one of 5 planets around Acamar IV to be held as a quarantine while the Terminid Research Preserve was established.
While Crimsica would be attacked once more during this Major Order, the Helldivers were able to successfully repel the Terminid Horde this time. It was the first successful defense campaign on Crimsica in the Second Galactic War.
Strategic Opportunity - Construct a New Safe E-710 Farm on Crimsica
In order to enable the establishment of a new E-710 farm to allow for the expansion of the Super Destroyer fleet, the Helldivers were ordered to liberate the planet. The Helldivers managed to liberate the planet, with the construction of a new E-710 farm starting shortly alongside a fleet of new Super Destroyers.
