Defend Many Planets from The Illuminate
Mog came under attack by the Illuminate mere hours after they targeted the world of Genesis Prime. With this development, the parameters of the Major Order changed to encompass defense of numerous planets rather than Genesis Prime alone.
Having split the Helldiver response, the Illuminate were able to successfully raid Mog.
Illuminate Staging Grounds
After The Great Host was pushed back during the First Battle for Super Earth, Mog was one of four planets identified to be a fallback staging ground for the Illuminate (alongside Hydrobius, Haldus and Bellatrix). With this planet as a staging area, the Illuminate sought to threaten other planets compromised over the course of the lengthy harassment campaign in the galactic south.
Mog was liberated as part of Major Order 2-6-2. Planets in the vicinity of Mog were assumedly free of Illuminate insurgence.
