Stamina Enhancement is a booster in Helldivers 2. When equipped, all Helldivers will have increased max stamina and stamina recovery, allowing for longer sprinting times, and more physically-taxing movements.
Description
The Stamina Enhancement is a booster that affects all Helldivers by increasing their Max Stamina by 22.5% and Stamina Regen by 40% allowing for greater mobility when sprinting and maneuvering around obstacles. This allows Helldivers to move across long distances at a quicker pace, which aids in map discovery and objective completion.
Tactical Information
- The Stamina Enhancement booster is ideal for traversing larger maps, as the increased stamina will allow Helldivers to move across the map quicker by allowing for longer sprinting.
- In some Biomes, it is helpful to bring a Muscle Enhancement Booster in addition to the Stamina Enhancement to more easily traverse adverse terrain such as sand, mud, snow, and shallow water.
- Planets that are affected by the Intense Heat condition will reduce a Helldiver's maximum Stamina by half. Bringing the Stamina Enhancement Booster to these planets can help mitigate this effect.
- While this booster is great for all missions, it is essential in Blitz missions, where speed is necessary to quickly move across a map. Due to the short mission timer, longer sprints are necessary to reach Automaton Outposts and Bug Nests quickly in order to eliminate them.
