UAV Recon Booster is a Booster in Helldivers 2. When equipped, all Helldivers will have increased effective radar range, allowing for easier recon of terrain.
Description
The UAV Recon Booster will increases radar distance by approximately 50%, giving every Helldiver a greater scanning range. This scanning range is shown on the mini-map, which allows Helldivers to locate patrolling enemies faster. These scans are not visible to fellow squadmates, so coordination is essential in alerting fellow Helldivers.
Tactical Information
- The UAV Recon Booster booster is suited for Stealth tactics, where a Helldiver is trying to avoid detection.
- This is further supplemented by using the Scout Armor Passive, as Helldivers are harder to detect and can see enemies locations by marking a position on the map
