Vitality Enhancement is a Booster in Helldivers 2. When equipped, all Helldivers will be more resistant to damage and injury.

Description

The Vitality Enhancement booster is a support booster that is designed to increase survivability when taking damage. When equipped, all Helldivers in the squad will become more resistant to damage (reduces damage taken by 10%), allowing a Helldiver to have more effective health and reduce the occurrence of limb injuries.

Tactical Information

  • Vitality Enhancement is a good booster for any mission type, as increased resistance allows for a Helldiver to stay in the fight longer, as well as not needing to use as many Stims to recover from limb injuries (by reducing the chance of injury outright).
  • This booster works well in more defensive missions, where the squad is required to hunker down in an area, as the limited mobility means there will be more incoming attacks. The increased survivability increases the chance of survival, as well as less reliance on Resupplies.
  • When combined with Dead Sprint, health drain caused by running is reduced from approximately 3.6% health to ~1%.
  • When using the LAS-17 Double-Edge Sickle, the amount of self damage taken from firing the weapon is decreased by a flat amount. When combined with Inflammable this prevents the weapon from dealing self-damage until 51% heat is reached.
