First Galactic War
During the liberation of Choepessa IV in the First Galactic War, so much explosive ordnance was detonated that the planet's sun was occluded by ash for an entire lunar cycle. It is unknown what year of the war this took place in, but the Purifying Eclipse cape would be made as tribute to the liberation.
