The Eagle Rearm Stratagem is used to send the Eagle back to the Super Destroyer to refill all charges. It puts all Eagle Stratagems on a 2 minute 30 second cooldown which can be reduced to 2 minutes with the Pit Crew Hazard Pay ship module.
