Super Earth Federation control.
Lore
Operation Valiant Enclosure
The liberation and defense of Heeth and Angel's Venture were crucial in Operation Valiant Enclosure, allowing Super Earth to reach the Umlaut Sector, where its planets would host the Terminid Control System. Heeth and Angel's Venture were liberated in Phase I, defended in Phase II and then held in Phase III.
Supercolony Outbreaks
A few weeks after the success of Operation Valiant Enclosure, the TCS, initially keeping away the Terminids, had begun to malfunction, causing sudden Terminid gene mutations and outbreaks. Meridia, one of the Barrier Planets, quickly became a Terminid Supercolony. The spores from the corrupted planet would spread to the nearby planets of Heeth, Angel's Venture, Veld, and Acamar IV, causing outbreaks. The Helldivers, ordered to liberate these planets from further Terminid outbreaks, were not completely successful; Super Earth citizens from these planets were forced to evacuate.
SEAF Training Facilities
In response to the failure of the TCS and significant Automaton galactic control, Heeth, Aesir Pass, Vernen Wells, and Angel's Venture were selected to house new training facilities for Super Earth Armed Forces recruits. The Helldivers, who were ordered to defend these planets to allow for safe facility construction, successfully protected them. The facilities increased SEAF support to the front lines, and boosted liberation efforts across the galaxy. This support would be active as long as the aforementioned planets were under Super Earth control.
Operation Enduring Peace
During Operation Enduring Peace, Heeth was attacked by the Terminids, putting the SEAF training facility there at risk. The Helldivers were able to push away the Terminids, protecting the facility.
Defense of X-45
Some time during the defense of X-45, SEAF conscription had reached its target numbers. The surviving SEAF training facilities on Heeth and Angel's Venture were shut down and converted to recreational campgrounds for the Democratic Youth Scouts, ending the liberation boost from the SEAF.
