The Helldiver's primary weapon and sidearm both have a Laser Module. A clear laser beam indicates where the weapon will hit. It is especially useful for achieving good hits on targets.

The Laser Aim Module is available to all Helldivers, regardless of rank.

Gameplay Tips

• The Laser Aim Module perk shows the maximum and the most effective range for the weapon it's attached to; the best example is a low range double-barred shotgun DBS-2 Double Freedom or laser weapon LAS-12 Tanto.
• The Laser Aim Module cannot be used with secondary weapon Stratagems or when firing from any vehicles. However, it can still be added, in the form of an upgrade, to specific Stratagems:
  • The AC-22 Dum-Dum;
  • The EAT-17 Expendable Anti-Tank weapon;
  • The RL-112 Recoilless Rifle;
  • The AT-47 Anti-Tank Emplacement;
  • The M5 APC's turret-mounted twin autocannons;
  • The M5-32 HAV's turret-mounted 90mm cannon.

• In addition, the P-6 Gunslinger Perk pistol always comes with its own laser sight.
