Retrieve Mutant Larva is an Optional Objective that can appear on Terminid-controlled planets. It tasks Helldivers with retrieving, and extracting with a Terminid Larva.

  • The Retrieve Mutant Larva objective is the first objective in Helldivers 2 which requires Helldivers to extract with an item in order to complete it. Unlike other optional objectives, which can be completed before extraction, this can only be completed after calling in extraction (requiring Helldivers to either complete the main objective, or run out of mission time).
