The Terminate Illegal Broadcast is an Objective contained in a traitorous Human structure. At difficulties Trivial and Easy it can appear as a Main Objective, at higher difficulties it is a possible Optional Objective. To complete the objective, the transmission tower must cease broadcasting by any means.

At Easy difficulty, it will start appearing as an Optional Objective in City Biomes, then everywhere else at Medium.

Objective Steps

Locate broadcast tower
Login required
- Input the arrow code to gain access.
Raise signal strength to 100%
- Align the signal to 100% to shut down the broadcast.
Reward: 200 Requisition Slips, 50 Experience

Tactical Information

The broadcasting tower may be destroyed by hitting any part of the tower (cylindrical base + inner beam structure, but not mounted screens and speakers) with a single Explosive Grenade, or a single shot from explosive weapons such as AC-8 Autocannon, GL-21 Grenade Launcher, or R-36 Eruptor.
- Doing so will complete the objective without needing to approach the site and interact with the terminal.
Offensive Stratagem (such as Orbital Gatling Barrage and Eagle Strafing Run) are also capable of and well-suited for destroying the tower.
It's possible to destroy the Broadcast tower by ramming it with the M-102 Fast Reconnaissance Vehicle.
