The A/M-23 EMS Mortar Sentry fires rounds capable to slowing and stunning enemies. It is especially effective when placed behind cover as it can disable enemies without the chance of it being destroyed.

Tactical Information

  • This is a very effective sentry for supporting Helldivers and Sentries in an assault or defense, as it has no risk of friendly fire like other sentries
    • If Helldivers do not try to avoid the stun, they might get killed by enemy attacks.
  • Compared to other stuns like the EMS strike or stun grenade, the mortar fires a lot more stuns. However, targeting is automatic, so it might not stun a high-priority target.
  • The mortar has a range of around 130 meters
    • Pings specify the distance between the target and the camera
